Do you provide cars with a driver?
Yes — that's our most popular option. Choose a local package (4, 8 or 12 hours within Hyderabad), an outstation trip, or an airport transfer to/from RGIA. Fuel and the driver are included; tolls, parking and interstate taxes are paid at actuals.
How do local packages work?
Each package includes a set time and distance (4 hr / 40 km, 8 hr / 80 km or 12 hr / 120 km). If you go over, extra hours and kilometres are charged at the rates shown for your car — we'll add them to the final bill at the end of the trip.
How is an outstation trip charged?
Outstation trips are charged per km with a minimum of 300 km per day, plus a daily driver allowance and a night charge for driving between 10 pm and 6 am. Distance is counted from pickup to drop-back in Hyderabad.
Can I rent a car without a driver (self-drive)?
Yes. Self-drive rentals are charged per 24 hours with two kilometre options: 300 km/day (Swift Dzire ₹2,000/day, Innova Crysta ₹3,000/day; extra km charged) or unlimited km at a slightly higher day rate. A refundable security deposit applies. You'll need to be 21+ with a valid driving licence held for at least a year, and bring your Aadhaar (or passport).
When and how do I pay?
Nothing is charged online. Pay by UPI, card or cash — to the driver or at pickup. For with-driver trips, any extra km/hours, tolls and parking are settled at the end of the trip.
Do you do airport pickups at night?
Yes — airport transfers run 24×7. Add your flight number when booking and your driver will track it and wait at arrivals.
Can I get a GST invoice for business travel?
Yes. Enter your company name and GSTIN when booking and we'll issue a GST invoice.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
